Spa "Hissar", Hisar
The four-star hotel "Hisar”, from the balneological health resort of the same name, turned into the biggest SPA centre in the interior of the country. The new hotel wing has 60 rooms and apartments, a bowling hall, an open tennis court, and a new wellness centre, adding to the modern facilities for sports and recreation. Designer of the new hotel building is „Modern Studio”, with leading architects Zhiva Vrantcheva and Anton Blagoev. The team also includes Eng. D. Popov and Eng. M. Popova (“Structures”), Eng. R. Koleva and Eng. V. Petrov (“Electrical”), Eng. Al. Popov (“Water supply and sewage”) and Eng. N. Tzvetkov (“Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning”). Main executor is “Sienit" OOD from Plovdiv, and construction supervisor – “Mix consult” OOD. Investor: Balneological complex “Hisar” AD. “Electro group” EOOD provided the following types of electrical installations: power, lighting, grounding, lightning-protective, structural cabling, telephone, television, external electrical power supply.
